Moving away from complex rule overhauls, this modular add-on enriches the foundational domino-drafting and kingdom-building experience by introducing dynamic mini-objectives and treasure rewards. The primary gameplay objective centers on score optimization: players compete not only to build the most prestigious 5x5 grid of connected matching terrains and crowns, but also to claim valuable lost treasure tokens by meeting specific spatial arrangement goals before their rivals.

The primary mechanical hurdle stems from balancing traditional kingdom expansion against the pursuit of shifting treasure milestones. As dominoes are drafted and placed into your territory, completing certain geometric configurations, terrain groupings, or crown patterns unlocks treasure tokens that provide immediate bonus victory points or end-game scoring multipliers. Designed for 2 to 4 players aged 8 and up, adding this module keeps the core game’s brisk 15-to-20 minute playtime while injecting fresh strategic decisions into every draft. To claim the wealthiest crown, players must adapt their placement strategies, anticipate opponent builds, and snatch up valuable treasures before other monarchs beat them to the prize.
